Your mission:

  • Support the preparation of monthly payroll in collaboration with the team
  • Handle payroll for your own set group of practices
  • Update and maintain all employee master data in our HR software (Personio)
  • Answer inquiries from our colleagues regarding payroll
  • Assist with general telephone and written correspondence, eg, with health insurance providers, insurance companies, and government offices
  • Responsible managing for official reporting and certification processes.
  • Participate in projects (eg, process optimization, introduction of employee benefits, and more)

Your talent:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial (business-related) studies or possess a comparable qualification
  • Solid professional experience in the above-mentioned tasks
  • Experience with Personio and DATEV  (Payroll & Salary) is an advantage
  • You enjoy administrative and office organization tasks
  • You are communicative, open-minded, and service-oriented, and you work independently and with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • Fluent in German, at least level C1
